Matthew oversees all operations at Design One. Matthew has designed and implemented more than 100 Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks for law firms, real estate offices and other small businesses with remote offices. He recently developed and installed a network system that provides complete and secure access for more than 200 remote users with the capability to access and update a complex data base.
Matthew develops maintenance and support plans for many clients to meet their needs for repair and regular updates of their systems to guard against viruses, adware and spyware.
Matthew consults with clients about their needs and how technology can help them serve their clients better and faster. With his engineering background, he can troubleshoot problems many other computer companies cannot. |

Allen is the vice president of Design One. His credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Drexel Institute of Technology and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. He has more than 40 years of computer design experience and several patents on computer equipment. He lectures and writes articles for local and national civic and bar associations on networking, document organization and management, and computer system configuration. |

Paul provides the technical direction for Design One. He has been with Design One since 1989 and has installed several hundred Novell, Microsoft NT, and Citrix Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks. Paul has developed exceptional troubleshooting skills during his 18 years with Design One. He is very highly regarded by our clients for his technical expertise.
Paul received his technical training with the US Air Force. He worked for Watkins Johnson for more than 11 years designing, testing, and installing sophisticated analog and computer-based RF systems.

Don serves Design One’s clients as a professional trainer who has over 35 years of experience in training and 17 years of experience in software training and consulting. Don provides classroom training and one-on-one support in most of the popular software packages, including Microsoft Office, Corel WordPerfect Suite, Time Matters, HotDocs, QuickBooks, PageMaker and Dragon Naturally Speaking.
Along with client training, Don provides consulting support for the planning, setup and integration of Time Matters at client sites, and assists clients in applying and integrating software packages in their organizations. |

Craig is a Senior Network Engineer. Craig joined Design One in April 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is familiar with service patches that provide the maximum protection against viruses and adware and spyware assaults on computer networks. Craig also has expertise with "hot fixes" and other settings that are needed to "fine tune" thin client networks to provide fast and reliable performance.
Craig, with 15 years of technical computer experience, provides a depth to our staff which assures our clients that competent engineers are available. |
