Remote Backup

An Internet-based backup solution synchronizes your data to a data vault (a data vault is a secure location that contains a large amount of disk storage). This data vault is located in a different geographic region than your network system. Locating your data in a different geographic region protects you against a variety of problems, including fire, theft and natural disasters. It also provides you with a redundant backup system. If one backup system failed you could restore your data from the second source.
